What to include
- For support: device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description with a screenshot if you have one.
- For privacy requests: the email you used to sign up. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
- For security: a clear description of the issue and reproduction steps. Please don't publicly disclose the vulnerability until we've confirmed a fix.
Response times
We aim to reply to support and privacy emails within 1 business day. Privacy requests are completed within the legal window in your jurisdiction (e.g. 30 days under GDPR/UK GDPR). Security reports are acknowledged within 48 hours.

If you found a bug, please email support@skir.app first — we can usually fix it faster than the review cycle. We read every review either way.
